We just got back from the Lewiston area on the Nez Perce Indian Reservation. We were working on a new campaign for Project Filter with Jamie Lou Delavan. It was incredible to meet so many of the tribal members and elders who were being photographed as part of the campaign.
These images are of “J” who has to be one of the noblest children I have ever met. One minute she projects a air of royalty, the next she is a immensely joyous child. I left feeling a lot of respect for the Nez Perce. Fantastic experience.
