Cristy Code Red. Trainer at A2O Fitness

While studying Exercise Science at the University of Memphis, she fought in 15 professional boxing matches all over the world.  Once considered one of the most dangerous females on the planet, she landed a role on MTV’s MADE as a boxing coach.  That exposure got her a job in New York City as a “Celebrity Trainer,” where she was chosen as “2008 Trainer of the Year” by Allure Magazine.
